Wai Wear was innovated in Chiang Mai, Thailand originally under the name Wai Films. Chiang Mai is a magical megacity with ancient megacity walls, warm lights in the warm night air, succulent food, colors, supremely rich history, and a beautifully different community, including healers of colorfulmodalities.The company is infinitely thankful to its motherland and its name would be an homage to this. Wai also symbolizes an exercise of connectedness. Compared to the handshake, which originates from checking for munitions on another person and looking each other in the eye, wai involves bowing one's head, looking down, and exposing one's neck. It's nearly fully contrary from a handshake. Wai says"Hello. Nice to meet you. I trust you with my life."
